1. Cancellation by the Customer
30 Days or More Before Departure:
– Full refund minus a processing fee of 15%.
15-29 Days Before Departure:
– 50% refund of the total trip cost.
Less than 15 Days Before Departure:
– No refund issued.
2. Cancellation by ARRE BAJA ADVENTURES
In the rare event that ARRE BAJA ADVENTURES needs to cancel a trip for any reason, customers will receive a full refund of all payments made, including any processing fees.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Customers may reschedule their trip up to 30 days before the departure date without any fees, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 15%] may apply if rescheduling occurs within 30 days of the trip.
4. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions) that prevent the trip from occurring, customers will have the option to receive a full refund for future use.
5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
